第六式 左右左搂膝拗步
(一)左搂膝拗步
1.右腿重心不变,腰右转约30度,右掌自上而下臂外旋,经面前、胸前弧形落至右胯旁,掌心朝里上。同时左掌也自下而上弧形移至胸前中线,掌心朝下(图37、38)。

2.腰身仍右微转,左脚提起,脚尖自然下垂,右手仍弧形向右斜角上移,高与肩齐,掌心朝上。左手继续向右弧形落于右胸前,掌心朝下。眼神随右手,顾及左手(图39)。

3.左脚向前迈出一步,先脚跟落地。左掌向前下移至腹中线,掌心朝下,而右掌同时向肩、耳旁移动,内旋使掌心朝前下,同时腰身稍向左松转(图40)。

4.接着左脚踏实弓步成弓步势,左掌经膝前上弧形搂至左膝旁,掌心朝下,五指朝前。而右掌同时向前沉肘腕推出,掌心朝前,与右肩窝齐,五指朝上,高不过口。眼随右掌推出前视(图41)。

(二)右搂膝拗步
5.动作与“左搂膝拗步”同,唯方向相反,但要注意由第4动变“右搂膝拗步”时,重心不向后移,仍以左脚跟为轴,左脚尖外撇45度,重心前移,起右脚,腰左转,同时左肘微松动后移,臂外旋,使掌心渐翻朝上,右掌也自然向左微弧形后移(图42),接着就与动作2,3,4同,方向相反(图43、44、45)。

(三)左搂膝拗步
6.动作与“右搂膝拗步”第5动同,方向相反,接着接“左搂膝拗步”动作2,3,4做即可(图46、47、48、49)。

【要领】
1.凡上步或连续上步时,重心都不向后移。注意实腿换步时,前胯根要有松沉之感,使重心直接落于实腿脚跟,脚掌就会自然变虚,然后开胯外撇脚尖,再上步自然就会实中有虚,轻灵沉稳。切忌故意蹲腿和用实腿膝尖带脚腿外摆。
2.注意四肢要随合协调,“一动俱动,一到俱到”,搂膝、推掌、弓步同时到位。动作姿势要高低平稳,不要出现身体后仰前俯的现象。
