榄菜四季豆

原料
四季豆-------350克
橄榄菜(罐装)---100克
尖椒---------25克
调料
蒜蓉---------15克
精盐---------1小匙
味精-------1/2小匙
料酒---------2小匙
香油---------1小匙
熟猪油-------2大匙
制作步骤
1 四季豆撕去豆筋,洗净,切成小段,再放入加有少许精盐的沸水中焯烫一下,捞出沥干,然后下入八成热油中煸炒至九分熟,盛出装盘。
2 尖椒洗净,去蒂及籽,切成尖椒圈;橄榄菜从罐头中取出,装入小碗中。
3 炒锅置火上,加油烧至六成热,先下入蒜蓉炒出香味,再加入橄榄菜翻炒均匀。
4 然后放入尖椒圈略炒,烹入料酒,放入四季豆炒熟,再放入精盐、味精炒至入味,淋入香油炒匀,即可出锅装盘。
