An Analysis of Basic Experience in Exercising Full and Strict Party Self-Governance
Abstract: The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core launched a campaign to ensure full and strict governance over the Party and accumulated basic experience in Party management and governance which include: a close combination of ideological work and institution building, a strict political discipline and rules with which to oversee the“key few”-leading officials, a people-centered commitment with which to maintain its close ties with the people, a combination of internal oversight and external oversight, a strict practice of building a clean Party with which to secure a sweeping victory in the fight against corruption. The valuable experience that requires a systematical study is of great practical significance for better carrying out the great struggle with new contemporary features and the great new project of Party building.
