保持核心收紧和身体稳定,不要耸肩。
动作步骤 Execution
01 身体直立,双脚前后分开,前脚踩住弹力带中间,双手分别紧握弹力带两端,双臂伸展并向侧面抬起至与地面呈45度角,掌心朝下,保持弹力带有一定张力。
02~03 保持双臂伸直并继续向上抬起呈侧平举姿势,将弹力带两端提升至与肩部平齐的位置。
01 恢复至起始姿势,重复进行规定的次数。
