保持核心收紧和身体稳定。
动作步骤 Execution
01 身体直立,双脚分开,与肩同宽,并踩住弹力带中间,双手分别紧握弹力带两端,掌心朝前,双臂向上弯曲,保持弹力带有一定张力。
02~03 保持身体姿势不变,双臂向上拉伸弹力带至手臂完全伸直。
01 恢复至起始姿势,重复进行规定的次数。
