晚期乳腺癌维持化疗方案
方案 GT方案
将转移性乳腺癌患者，6程GT方案肿瘤控制良好的患者，随机分配至继续GT方案维持治疗组或停药观察组。

转移性乳腺癌患者，GT方案控制良好的情况下，继续延长化疗可进一步延长患者的生存，总体不良事件耐受较好，对患者的生活质量无明显影响。因此，对于一些肿瘤控制良好、全身情况好、化疗耐受性好的患者可选择性延长化疗周期。
