拍摄思路
在拍摄这个饼干礼盒的时候,考虑到要把所有的饼干都交代清楚,所以选择了俯拍的角度。运用原木作为背景是想突出饼干的手工感觉。大家在拍摄时思路一定要清晰,要把食物的产品特点体现出来。
相机参数 ISO:100 快门速度:1/60 光圈:5.6
材料:
黄油 50克
糖粉 30克
低筋面粉 250克
水 30克
可可粉 15克
鸡蛋 25克
奶粉 10克
蜂蜜 35克
黑巧克力 适量
做法:

Step 1 全部材料放入盆中;

Step 2 揉成光滑的面团;

Step 3 把面团擀成薄片;

Step 4 去除多余边角,整成四方形;

Step 5 然后平均切成四等份;再把多余的面团擀开,再次切出相同的三条;

Step 6 摆入烤盘,送入提前预热170摄氏度的烤箱中层,大约烤15分钟;

Step 7 取出后冷却,并在裱花袋里隔热水融化一些黑巧克力;

Step 8 取一块烤好的饼干条,在一端涂上一层黑巧克力;

Step 9 把四条饼干用巧克力首尾相接成一个方形,放在桌上用手扶住固定一会;

Step 10 将另外三条饼干用巧克力粘在四方形的内部,将四方形分成四等份;

Step 11 固定好以后,把多余的面团再次擀开,整成方形,再切出九块小正方形,送入预热好的烤箱烤熟;

Step 12 冷却之后涂抹一些巧克力,分别粘贴在已经固定好的饼干条上,把饼干盒分成12个小格即可,放一些自己喜欢的饼干进去,可爱的饼干盒就完成了。
小贴士
1.如果想要把盒子拿起来,可以烤一块饼干作为盒子的底部;
2.这个面团可以揉出一点面筋,因为太酥松的饼干非常易碎。
